"Every person I work with is treated as an athlete, as we are all competing at some event in our lives. Whether that is competing in international events, striving to complete a first half marathon, or to be their best self for an upcoming wedding or event.

I believe in a multi-faceted approach to increasing human athletic performance; through the development of general athleticism that transfers into the technical tactical aspect of training, and most importantly competition.

I am extremely passionate about Sports Science, and its practical application to increasing, and striving for elite sporting ability/performance."
