Upon expiration of his playing eligibility, Woody decided to make the transition from athlete to coach, focusing on the physical preparation and elite performance aspect of athlete development; Specializing in Strength/Power and Energy System Development.

Woody has a passion for playing, and increasing the performance of golfers of all levels and abilities.

Currently, Woody is a Senior Assistant Director of Human Performance at Texas Christian University located in Fort Worth, Texas.

"Every person I work with is treated as an athlete, as we are all competitors. Whether that is competing in international events, trying to hit 350yard drives, or to be their best self for an upcoming wedding or event.

I believe in a multi-faceted approach to increasing human athletic performance; through the development of general athleticism that transfers into the technical tactical aspect of training, and most importantly competition.

My personal trial and error with many inefficient training and nutrition plans lit a fire to combine the latest scientific information with a practical and easy to apply approach.

I am extremely passionate about Sports Science, and its practical application to increasing, and striving for elite lifestyle performance."
